  • Personal Contact Information: Names of managing members, email addresses, phone numbers, and IP addresses captured during online form submissions.

  • Verifying and underwriting your real estate transactions.

  • Communicating directly with you and your designated Texas title company or escrow officer.

  • Generating legal closing packages (such as your Short-Form Commercial Promissory Note) via digital document software.

  • Managing your account, processing payouts, and maintaining our internal deal-tracking ledgers.

  • Sending transactional notifications regarding wire confirmations or deal completions.
